Rykodisc has announced a 6 December release date for a DVD edition of Kevin Booth’s Sane Man (which answers the question why the remastered VHS edition stopped being available at Sacred Cow). Plenty of extra footage is to be included. (No additional material from other Sacred Cow videos would appear to be on the list.) Sadly, the original release date of 22 November, the anniversary of the Kennedy assassination, isn’t likely to happen.

More than one MacInTouch contributor has reported that Macs are not entirely immune to recent Sony DRM issues. One iBook running Tiger was stopped dead after attempting to import the newest Santana disc into iTunes.
