Apple story making the rounds

I hope this is true—the story of an impending out-of-court settlement between Apple Corps Ltd. and Apple Computer—what makes it plausible to me is the fact that Apple Computer can hardly afford to have iTunes excluded from offering Beatles content, so any settlement would be ultimately worthwhile.
