Calling International Plot Rescue

I saw the trailer for Thunderbirds Friday and wished I hadn’t. Typical Hollywood, and the typical need for childproof scripts. Let’s base a move on a proven, well-known premise, only the movie won’t be about the premise at all. We’ll contort it to fit into a predictable, generic preteen action plot instead.
